All abstracts must be formally submitted via the Abstracts Submission Portal. Please note that abstracts sent by fax or regular mail will not be accepted.
You will have to inform the title of your abstract (maximum of 50 words), the authors and co-authors, the institutions of each person, and your text on the Abstracts Submission Portal. The presenting author is expected to attend the meeting and is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission. The presenting author should be indicated during the submission process.

SYMPOSIUMS
In order to propose your symposium, we invite you to upload the Symposium Proposal Form and to fill in. Once it has been fill in, we kindly invite you to send it to the Congress secretariat at: esspsy@ch.kuoni.com by 15th February, 2018. The scientific committee will review your symposium proposal and inform you of its acceptance. The persons informed in this document will be contacted to submit their own presentation on the Online Webportal Submission by 15th March, 2018. You can propose your own symposium already formed with your team.
Please ensure that the e-mail address is typed correctly otherwise you will not be able to receive important messages regarding the status of the abstract. A confirmation email indicating a successful upload will be automatically sent to your email address. If you do not receive it, please contact us: esspsy@ch.kuoni.com
No changes can be made to the abstract after the submission deadline.
